Inspired by the legendary King Midas whose touch turned everything to gold, these games combine mythology, massive jackpots, and thrilling bonus features that have captivated thousands of players across Manila, Cebu, Davao, and beyond.
9ace curates the finest Midas Fortune titles from top-tier providers including JILI, Pragmatic Play, and PG Soft. Each game in this collection shares a common theme: the pursuit of fortune through golden symbols, free spins, multiplier reels, and progressive jackpots that can transform a small bet into life-changing winnings. Filipino players especially appreciate these games because the RTP percentages range from 96% to 97.5%, offering fair odds and frequent small wins that keep your balance healthy while you chase the mega jackpot.
What sets the Midas Fortune category apart at 9ace is the seamless integration with Filipino payment methods. Deposit instantly via GCash or Maya starting from just ₱100, and any winnings from Midas Fortune games can be withdrawn directly to your e-wallet within 1-2 hours. This speed matters when you hit a golden multiplier worth ₱50,000 or trigger the progressive jackpot - you want your money fast, and 9ace delivers.
The gameplay mechanics across Midas Fortune titles typically include cascading reels where winning combinations disappear and new symbols drop down, potentially creating chain reactions of wins on a single spin. Wild symbols often appear as golden crowns, chalices, or the face of King Midas himself, substituting for other symbols to complete winning lines. Scatter symbols unlock free spin rounds where multipliers increase with each consecutive win, and some games feature a "Golden Touch" random feature that can turn entire reels wild.

Pro tip: Use your real name exactly as it appears on your government ID. This speeds up KYC verification later and prevents withdrawal delays.

Navigate to the Cashier section and select GCash, Maya, or bank transfer. Minimum deposit is ₱100 for e-wallets. Enter your amount, scan the QR code in your payment app, and your 9ace balance updates instantly. New players automatically receive the 100% welcome bonus up to ₱10,000.
Most popular choice: GCash with ₱500 first deposit. This gives you ₱1,000 total to play with (₱500 + ₱500 bonus).
Navigate to Midas Fortune
From the 9ace homepage, click on the "Midas Fortune" category in the main navigation menu. You'll see all 12 gold-themed games displayed in a grid. Each game card shows the provider, RTP percentage, and a brief description. Click any game thumbnail to launch it.
Recommended starter game: "Fortune King" by PG Soft. It has high RTP (96.5%), simple mechanics, and frequent small wins that help you learn the gameplay style.
Set Your Bet and Spin
Before your first spin, set your bet amount using the + and - buttons. Midas Fortune games at 9ace accept bets from ₱1 to ₱500 per spin. Start small to understand the volatility, then increase your bet when you're comfortable. Click the SPIN button or enable AUTOPLAY for hands-free gaming.
Budget tip: If you deposited ₱500, start with ₱5 bets. This gives you 100 spins minimum, enough to trigger bonus features and get a feel for the game's payout rhythm.
Understanding Midas Fortune Game Features
What makes these slots different from regular games
Golden Touch Feature
Unique to several Midas Fortune titles, the Golden Touch is a random feature that can activate on any spin. When triggered, King Midas appears on screen and "touches" 2 to 5 random symbol positions, turning them into wilds. This often creates winning combinations that wouldn't have existed otherwise.
In "Midas Millions," the Golden Touch can trigger during free spins, and any wilds created remain sticky for the duration of the bonus round, dramatically increasing your win potential.
Cascading Reels Mechanic
When you land a winning combination, those symbols disappear and new ones drop from above to fill the empty spaces. If the new symbols create another win, the process repeats. This cascade can continue indefinitely as long as new wins keep forming.
The key advantage: you paid for one spin but can achieve multiple wins. Games like "Gold Rush Fever" couple this with an increasing multiplier - first cascade is 1x, second is 2x, third is 3x, maxing out at 10x.
Progressive Jackpot Mechanics
Several Midas Fortune games contribute to a pooled progressive jackpot displayed in PHP at the top of each game. A small percentage of every bet (typically 1-2%) goes into the jackpot pot. The jackpot triggers randomly, though higher bets have slightly better odds of activation.
When triggered, you play a "wheel spin" or "coin flip" bonus game. Landing the jackpot symbol awards the full progressive amount. At 9ace, the Midas Fortune progressive averages ₱2-3 million and drops approximately twice per month.
Free Spins Bonus Rounds
Land 3 or more scatter symbols (usually golden coins or treasure chests) to unlock free spins. During free spins, you don't pay for each spin but still win real money. Most Midas Fortune free spin rounds award 10-15 spins with multipliers ranging from 2x to 5x.
Advanced feature: In "Golden Dynasty," you can retrigger free spins by landing 3+ scatters during the bonus round, adding an additional 5-10 spins each time with no limit. The record at 9ace is 127 total free spins in one bonus round.
Winning Strategies for Midas Fortune Games
Tips from experienced 9ace players
1. Start with High RTP Games
RTP (Return to Player) percentage tells you how much of all wagers a game returns to players over time. While this is calculated over millions of spins and doesn't guarantee individual session results, starting with higher RTP games statistically gives you better long-term odds.
Recommendation: Begin with "Golden Sun" (97.5% RTP) or "Midas Millions" (97.1% RTP). Once you're comfortable and understand volatility, you can explore lower RTP games that might have bigger jackpot potential.
2. Manage Your Bankroll with the 1% Rule
A common mistake among new Midas Fortune players is betting too much per spin relative to their total balance. This leads to quick losses before bonus features can trigger. The 1% rule states: never bet more than 1% of your total bankroll on a single spin.
Example: If you deposit ₱1,000 (including bonus), your maximum bet should be ₱10 per spin. This gives you 100 spins minimum, enough runway to hit free spins or Golden Touch features which typically appear every 50-80 spins.
3. Understand Volatility vs RTP
RTP is not the same as volatility. A 96% RTP game can be low volatility (frequent small wins) or high volatility (rare but massive wins). Midas Fortune games at 9ace typically display volatility ratings: low, medium, or high.
Strategy: If you have a smaller bankroll (₱500-1,000), choose low-to-medium volatility games like "Fortune King." These pay out more frequently, keeping your balance stable. If you have ₱5,000+ and are chasing the progressive jackpot, high volatility games like "Midas Millions" are better suited.
4. Take Advantage of Free Spins Promotions
9ace regularly offers free spins on Midas Fortune games as part of daily login bonuses, reload promotions, and VIP rewards. These free spins have no wagering requirement on the spins themselves - any winnings are added to your bonus balance with rollover.
How to maximize: Check the 9ace Promotions page every morning. Free spin offers typically appear Monday (reload bonus), Wednesday (midweek boost), and Friday (weekend special). Set a reminder so you never miss them.
5. Know When to Walk Away
Set win and loss limits before you start playing. If you double your starting bankroll, consider withdrawing half and playing with the rest. If you lose 50% of your starting balance, take a break. Emotional "chase" betting rarely ends well.
9ace feature: Use the self-limit tools in your account settings. You can set daily loss limits (e.g., max ₱2,000 loss per day) and session time reminders (e.g., pop-up after 2 hours). These tools help keep gaming fun and prevent problem gambling.
Responsible Gaming with Midas Fortune
Play smart, play safe, play within your means
Keep Gaming Fun
Midas Fortune slots are designed for entertainment. The golden symbols, epic soundtracks, and bonus animations create an exciting experience. However, the house always has a mathematical edge over long-term play. Remember:
- Never gamble with money you can't afford to lose (rent, bills, food budget)
- Don't chase losses by increasing your bets beyond your planned budget
- Take regular breaks - 9ace will send session reminders after 2 hours
- If gambling stops being fun and starts feeling like a necessity, seek help
9ace Self-Limit Tools
Access these features in Account Settings:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximums (e.g., ₱5,000 per week)
- Loss Limits: Define how much you're willing to lose in a given period
- Session Time Alerts: Pop-up reminders after 1, 2, or 3 hours of continuous play
- Self-Exclusion: Temporarily lock your account for 7, 30, or 90 days if you need a break
